Training

This basic training Industrial Water Purification is on middle- or higher grade level. The aim of the training is to provide operators with knowledge for the optimal management of their own treatment.

In close cooperation with the client, a training day is scheduled, starting at 9:00 ending at 16:00. The group size is 6 to 15 people. Two sessions are used to help students increase their knowledge and insight into the optimal management of the biological waste water treatment. The two sessions are as follows:

• theoretical background of biological (water) purification;
• discussion about the practical situation and improvements (if necessary).

During a tour of the waste water treatment plant (+ / - 1 hour), based on a checklist, the performance of the purification becomes clear. It is imperative that all process parameters are set optimally. In the afternoon, the performance of the purification is discussed and explained. Common problems are discussed. The training day can end with a short quizz/test. (approximately 20 minutes).

A training can be adjusted to your situation; subjects to be dealt with etc. A consultation with the process engineers can be necessary to establish where knowledge is required. Prior to the training, a manual of your own system is established and presented to the students.
